The people of Pir Panchal range have hailed the decision of posting Dr Haseeb Mughal as DIG Poonch_Rajouri Range and stated that it will help strengthen Police-Public relations in the region.
Dr Haseeb, who was posted as DIG Poonch-Rajouri Range on Sunday, was earlier elevated to the post after being inducted in IPS a few months ago.
A highly decorated officer, Dr Haseeb has been an extremely distinguished officer who has earned not only recognition from the government by means of awards, medals and important postings but also has been able to receive huge respect, honour and applause from the general public.
Dr Mughal has served in various important position which included SDPO Kothibagh, SP Handwara, SS Srinagar, SSP CID Kashmir, SSP NHW Ramban, SSP Headquarters Jammu, SP Kishtawar, SSP Rajori, AIG Welfare PHQ, SSP Viglance Jammu.
He has also served as OSD to Governor’s Advisor in 2018.
Dr Mughal was inducted in IPS a few months ago, which has paved the way for his promotion as DIG. He has received many medals and awards for his meritorious services.
