Man was stabbed his brother in Gojwara area of Srinagar following which he was hospitalized,Accused arrested.
An official told News Agency Buland Awaaz (BAN) that a man stabbed his brother over some property dispute in Gojwara Srinagar on Sunday evening.
He said that the victim is identified as Bilal Ahmad received injuries in the incident and has been hospitalized.
He Said that Soon after the incident police arrested the accused namely Hilal Ah geelani Son of Noor Mohd geelani Resident of Lal Bazar, arrested for stabbing his brother Bilal Ah Geelani with sharp edged object.The brothers have familial property dispute.
He also said that the Victim is grievously injured & shifted to hospital,In this regard, FIR no 29/2023 u/s 307,326,341 of IPC was registered in Nowhatta Police Station.
