In a press statement chairman Jammu Kashmir Civil Society Forum and Former President EJAC Ab Qayoom wani expressed serious concern on the recent order of government to prohibit employees to show their concern about their legitimate rights through peace protests. Wani said that instead of issuing such harsh order govt should have invited employees leadership for talks to reach out to any impeccable solution to their genuine demands . Wani said besides duties the employees deserve rights also and we should belive in duty breeds rights and it the moral obligation of any govt to protect the rights of their employees and today we witness the govt action contrary to the what employees deserve. Chairman civil society forum urged upon the govt to roll back this order for the larger intrest of the society and explore the ways for negotiation with the employees leadership instead of snatching them the right to peaceful way of expressing their concerns.
