wani urged upon all the participants to organise such seminars at all districts in all the three regions of jammu kashmir and ladkh.wani also hailed the role of office bearers of JKSEOA and all Distt co ordinators for their fruitful struggle in which thousand of officers in education department were regularised.wani thanked the office bearers from jammu division for their love , respect and support.
