Red Alert For Next 48hrs over Jammu and Kashmir
Weather system gains more intensity and distribution, very heavy rainfall is expected across Jammu and Kashmir especially Jammu and south Kashmir region during next 48hrs.
Central kashmir and north kashmir may also receive moderate or heavy rainfall during the same time.
Fresh snowfall is expected over Razdan top, Zojila pass, Sinthan top, higher reaches of Sonamarg, Pahalgam and Shopian on tomorrow morning.
Floods , Cloudbursts and landslides is also possible. Some areas of Jammu and Kashmir may cross flood alarm levels.
Significantly rise in Water levels in rivers and streams over both the regions , So request to people of Jammu and Kashmir be alert .
