So for 12 areas have been declared Containment Zones in District Baramulla due to spike in COVID-19 positive cases.

BARAMULLA, NOVEMBER ,22:
In continuation to the orders issued by District Administration Baramulla with regard to enforcing restrictions in view of regular surge in Covid-19 cases, two more areas in Baramulla district have been declared Containment zones today.
These containment zones include Nambardar Mohalla Bramun Rohama and Alsafa Colony Sopore.
The restriction order in this regard has been issued today by District Magistrate Baramulla, Bhupinder Kumar.
Following an order, there will be complete restrictions in these containment zones. These restrictions will include complete lockdown in the said area.
Moreover, tight perimeter control has been ordered in the area except for essential needs.
Besides, movement of the people in and out in the containment zones had been completely barred.
The authorities have also made testing and vaccination mandatory for the residents of the containment zones.
Meanwhile, SSP Baramulla and Sopore have been ordered for deployment of necessary manpower for enforcement of restrictions in the said locations.
Furthermore, it is mentioned that any person violating order Shall be strictly punished.

The areas which have been declared containment zones are Saloosa Kreree, Mahla Jadeed Bla, Singh Bagh Bla,Pathala Kanispira ,Jatey KhawajaBagh ,KU North CampDalina Bla, Ahmad Complex Bla,Dara Gutlian URI, Sangi Watlab Sopore, Jalal Abad Sopore, Nambardar Mahla Braman Rohama and Alsafa Colony Sopore.
