Srinagar:Renowned Human Rights Activist Mr. Wajahat Farooq Bhat was honored by the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir during the UT Diwas 2025 celebrations held at SKICC, Srinagar.He received the award for his exceptional service in youth empowerment and his tireless efforts in advocating for the rights of over 14,000 terror victim families across Jammu and Kashmir.Mr. Bhat dedicated the honor to the youth and victims’ families, reaffirming his commitment to continue working for peace, justice, and empowerment in the Union Territory.
