Srinagar, Dec 20 :
Jammu and Kashmir National Conference on Saturday appointed senior party leader and former minister Sardar Harbans Singh as the Political Advisor to the party’s President, Dr Farooq Abdullah.
According to an order issued by Provincial Secretary (Jammu) of the National Conference as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Sheikh Bashir Ahmad, the appointment has been made on the directions of NC President Dr Farooq Abdullah.
The order stated that “On the direction of Honble President Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, Jenab Dr.Farooq Abdullah Sahib, Sardar Harbans Singh, Senior Party leader and former minister has been nominated as Political Advisor to Honble President Jammu and Kashmir National Conference.” (KNC)
