The Supreme Court on Thursday issued notice to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on a plea filed by Kashmiri separatist leader Shabir Ahmed Shah, challenging the Delhi High Court order that denied him bail in a terror funding case. The apex court has sought NIA’s response before proceeding further on the matter.
