A school boy from Baramulla on picnic drowned to death in Sonamarg area of Central Kashmir Ganderbal district on Saturday.
Student of Public School Baramulla who was on picnic with school drowned in river sindh while talking bath.
He said that boy identified as Shoaib Farooq Chachi (14) son of Farooq Ahmad Chachi resident of Chandousa Baramulla was taken to PHC Sonamarg where Doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation.
