Srinagar, Sep 27 :

The State Investigation Unit (SIA) on Wednesday carried out raids at multiple locations in South Kashmir’s Pulwama, Shopian and Anantnag districts.

An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that raids are being conducted in Litter area of Pulwama, Shirmal area of Shopian district and Anantnag district as well.

He said that raids are underway in connection with investigation in case of killing of ATM guard Sanjay Sharma of Pulwama who was killed in February this year.

Raids are underway and further details will be shared after the culmination of the raids, he added.

Notably, the case of Sharma’s killing was first investigated by Pulwama Police, however, it was later transferred to the SIA—(KNO)
