Srinagar, Feb 25:

The voice note of a soldier who died in Srinagar while coming under a shed after massive snowfall has gone viral in which the slain soldier is appealing to people not to fight in the name of religion.

As reported earlier by KNT that Sepoy Altaf Ahmed (6946767M), a resident of Argi Virajpath Kodagan in Karnataka, was standing near a shed inside Badami Bagh Cantonment area of Srinagar shed when its roof collapsed leaving him injured. He was shifted to a hospital where he succumbed to injuries.

The voice note shared by his friends on social media is viral. The slain soldier can be seen requesting people not to fight in the name of hijab and saffron but think about the nation. He has said that it hurts when people fight over hijab and saffron.

The slain soldier was from Karnataka-the state which is in the centre of ‘hijab controversy’. (KNT)
