Srinagar Police Acting tough against Social crimes in society, Today they have arrested the person who attempted chain snatching from a lady in Nowgam area on 19.09.2023.
Sources told News Agency Buland Awaaz (BAN) that after the said incident was happened, Investigation officer (SI) Mr. Akib Dar starting the investigation about him and worked hard on this case to nap the him.
They said that (SI) nowgam were successful to trace the said person and arrested him.
He has been identified as Rayees Ahmad Dagroo Son of Mohd Ismail Dagroo Resident of Ichkoot Budgam for attempted chain snatching from a lady in Nowgam area on 19.09.2023.
They added that the Scooty used by accused also seized. FIR no 148/2023 u/s 392,511,323 already registered in Nowgam PS on 19.09.2023.–(BAN)
