Baramulla Police, led by SSP Gurinderpal Singh (IPS), hosted a public interaction at Community Hall Bijhama, Uri. The event was attended by SDPO Uri Shoket Ali (JKPS), SHO PS Bijhama Insp. Irshad Ahmad, and other officers. Community leaders, social activists, religious heads, traders, and residents from Bijhama and nearby areas participated.

Grievances raised by attendees were addressed, with police-related issues prioritized and civil matters assured of timely referral to the concerned departments.

SSP Baramulla emphasized enhancing grassroots policing to strengthen public trust. He urged collective efforts to combat drug abuse and social evils, calling for a mission-driven approach to community service.

The program concluded with a mutual exchange of thanks, reinforcing police-community collaboration.
