Today Worthy Chief Agriculture Officer Baramulla kick started the Sale of Onion 🌰 Hybrid 🌱 Seedlings , Grow Bags raised at Hi Tech Green House established at Agriculture Complex Baramulla. Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer Baramulla, AAI SD Baramulla, PRI members of different panchayats and other officers of the District were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion CAO Baramulla stated that department of Agriculture is providing quality Seedlings among the farmers on subsidized rates and conducted a practical demonstration of transplanting of Onion Seedlings. CAO appreciated the role of officers for taking Baramulla as the leading District in Seedling production under Protected Cultivation.
Mean while Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer Baramulla advised the farmers for double cropping and cultivation of Vegetable Seedlings under protected cultivation as department is providing Hi Tech Green Houses on subsidiary .
Farmers came from different areas thanked the departmental initiative for providing the quality seedlings among the farmers time to time
