A delegation of traders fed Baramulla led by its President Mohd Ashraf n Gen.sec Er Tariq Mughloo today met new deputy commissioner Baramulla, Dr Sherish Asghar (IAS). The delegation welcomed the new deputy commissioner for taking over the reins of historic district of J&K and hoped that new deputy commissioner will use her administrative skills to resolve the issues faced by people in the district. Mughloo assured full cooperation to new deputy commissioner and informed her about some burning issues faced by the people of the town especially the contaminated potable water which is being supplied to people. The delegation apprised the deputy Commissioner about the absence of suitable car parking facilities in the town that has created mess in the congested markets of the town. The delegation also pointed out the absence of streets lights in the town especially on the vital bridges that connect old town neighborhoods with the civil lines areas.
