In view of the prevailing situation and as a precautionary measure to ensure smooth regulation of traffic and prevent congestion, the following traffic diversion plan shall remain in force on Srinagar–Baramulla NH-44 on 04 March 2026:

🚦 Route Plan
1️⃣ North Kashmir-based vehicles towards Srinagar (Baramulla side):
Baramulla – Sangrama – Putkha – Choora – Hygam – Rengi – Hamrey – Sumbal – Shalteng – Srinagar.

2️⃣ Srinagar-based vehicles towards Baramulla:
Srinagar – Shalteng – Narbal – Mirgund – Pattan – Hamrey – Rengi – Baramulla.

3️⃣ Srinagar-based vehicles towards Tangmarg/Gulmarg:
Srinagar – Shalteng – Narbal – Magam – Kunzer – Tangmarg – Gulmarg.

Adequate deployment of traffic personnel shall be in place at all critical junctions and diversion points. Commuters are advised to follow designated routes and cooperate with Police/Traffic authorities.
