Two Delhi High Court Tribunals have upheld the ban imposed on the Awami Action Committee (AAC) headed by Kashmir’s influential cleric Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and the Shia leader Masroor Abbas Ansari-led Jammu and Kashmir Ittihadul Muslimeen (JKIM) by the Centre.
