BANDIPORA , MARCH ,14 :
Bandipora court convicted two persons for murder after they attacked a person during land dispute in Aloosa Bandipora in 2016.
While pronouncing the judgement, Principals Sessions Judge Bandipora convicted accused persons Mohd Ramzan Dar son Ghulam Mohidin dar and Mohd Yousuf Dar of Aloosa Bandipora, in case FIR No 161/2016 U/s 302,34 RPC of PS Bandipora.
Both the accused stand “convicted Under 304(ii) RPC”the quantum of Punishment to be decided on 15/03/2023.
The UT was represented By Public Prosecutor Bandipora Abdul Majeed Bhat(CPO).
