SOPORE , AUGUST 11 :

A 28-year old youth was critically injured after a bear attacked him in Watlab area of Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday afternoon.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a bear attacked and injured Mubashir Muhstaq son of Mushtaq Ahmad Hajam of Watlab when he was in a maize field.

He said that he was shifted to sub-district hospital Sopore, where from he was referred to SMHS Srinagar for advanced treatment—(KNO)
