DANGIWACHA SOPORE, OCTOBER 28 :

Today on 28-10-23 at 3.30 pm Worthy Addl. Dy Commissioner Sopore along with Tehsildar Dangiwacha , Sajad Rasool, paid a surprise visit to PHC Dangiwacha. It was observed with dismay during the visit that BMO Dangiwacha was not present as was having reportedly meeting at DC office at 12 noon but no communication was shared with the office of ADC Sopore.
Besides, following employees were found un-authorisedly absent from duties: Dr. Aijaz, Dr Yasir, Dr Abida, Dr. Huma, Dr Humaira,
Riyaz Ah Jr Asstt and Maroof Ah junior Assistant,
Ab Ahad Bhat BAM Ishfaq Ah Bhat BMEO, Jameela Akhtar BAC, Shahida Akhtar, Naseema Bano, Nirman Kour, Jameela Akhtar, Parveena Akhtar, Naseema Akhtar, Muntazir, Hajra Akhtar, Misra Bano (FMPHW) Mugli Begum and Rafiqa Begum (Sweepers).
Further Dr Shameem and Dr Rashid have left the hospital early at 2.45 pm as per report.
The cleanliness in the hospital was not maintained to the level of satisfaction especially in wards.
Most of the officials present in the hospital were not in proper dress code like wearing white apron.
Following directions were given as:
.BMO shall not leave station prior to intimate the ADC office
** Half Day Salary of all absent employees be deducted and credited into District Red Cross Fund, the copy of receipt be shared with ADC office Sopore.
.Explanation be sought from the employees who left hospital before the scheduled time.
*. *Cleanliness of the hospital be ensured by utilizing sweeper in efficient manner*.

  • The daily roaster be strictly adhered to and copy of it be kept displayed on the notice board.
    The Tehsildar shall conduct frequent inspections to ensure hospital is being run efficiently
    BMO Dangiwacha shall ensure to utilize the resources effectively to meet the public demand istead to make the fun, and shall submit action taken report by 2nd Nov 2023.
