NFS release dates revised for 16 officers

DGP congratulates officer, their families; Conveys gratitude to LG led administration

Srinagar, August 26:

Director General of Police, J&K, Shri Dilbag Singh has congratulated 91 JKPS officers for being placed under Non Functional Scheme (NFS) in different grades. He has also congratulated 16 JKPS officers in whose favour revised release date of NFS grades have been ordered.

In his message the DGP has congratulated the officers and their families. He said that the placement order will boost the morale of the officers. He has advised the officers to work with more dedication and zeal to fulfill the organization goals of J&K Police.

Shri Singh has conveyed his gratitude to the Hon’ble Lt. Governor J&K Shri Manoj Sinha, Advisor (B) Shri R R Bhatnagar, Chief Secretary J&K Dr A. K. Mehta, Financial Commissioner Home (ACS) Shri R K Goyal and other officers of the UT Government for granting the Non-functional Scheme in favour of JKPS officers of General Executive Cadre.

Pertinent to mention here that Home Department vide an order issued today has sanctioned the placement of 38 JKPS officers of General Executive Cadre in the Non Functional Selection Grade-I Level 13. Similarly 51 JKPS officers of General Executive Cadre were placed in the Non Functional Selection Grade-II Level 12 while 02 JKPS officers were placed in the Time Scale (Non Functional) Level 11 in the Pay Matrix.
