This institution has witnessed remarkable progress in the realm of education and overall infrastructural development, thanks to the exceptional leadership of its incharge Headmaster, Jan Mohammad Lone.At the heart of this school lies a dedicated team of teachers who wholeheartedly devote their efforts to shaping and grooming the students, many of whom come from underprivileged backgrounds.
The team consists of Mohammad Asrhaf, Mehraj-ud-din, Firdous Ahmad Malik, and Reyaz Ahmad Sofi, all under the expert guidance of Jan Mohammad Lone.Despite its serene surroundings, the school maintains excellent accessibility and road connectivity, ensuring that students have no barriers to attending and receiving quality education. Basic facilities are also provided to meet the needs of the students, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth.However, it is important to note that the school faces a few challenges. One such challenge is the presence of a damaged school building within the premises due to land sinking, which stands as an eyesore and hinders the overall aesthetic appeal of the institution. Additionally, there is a pressing need for a boundary wall to protect the students from potential wildlife attacks, safeguarding their well-being and ensuring a secure learning environment.
Despite these challenges, Government Middle School Gulistan Bala Zone Fathegarh Narvaw remains an emblem of resilience, with a dedicated team of educators working tirelessly to provide an excellent education to their students. The school’s commitment to upliftment and development is evident, as they continue to shape the future of their students amidst the lap of nature’s bounty.The school takes pride in its ability to attract students from diverse communities such as Gujars, Bakerwals, and Generals. This diversity creates a vibrant and multicultural environment, fostering a rich exchange of ideas and experiences among the students.
However, managing such a diverse student population can present challenges.In order to address these challenges and ensure the well-being and success of all students, the school recognizes the dire need to have staff members from the Scheduled Tribes (ST) community. By including members of the ST community on the school staff, the institution can enhance its ability to understand and cater to the specific needs and perspectives of students from this community.Having staff members from the ST community can contribute in several ways. Firstly, they can serve as role models and mentors for students from similar backgrounds, providing them with guidance and support.

In conclusion, while the school currently lacks modern facilities such as a science laboratory, computer lab, smart classrooms, and a dedicated KG section due to which students feel discriminated and marginalized. However, school management is actively working towards bridging this gap. By investing in these emerging facilities, the school aims to provide a high-quality education that equips students with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in a rapidly advancing world.
