  1. Today CJM Ganderbal convicted 4 accused persons for causing criminal trespass,inflicting injury to the complainant and outraging modesty of his wife . ( 447,323 & 354 Rpc)The gist of the facts and circumstances of the present challan are that on 15/04/2016 the complainant in injured state approached concerned P/S with a written application stating that on 14.04.2016 when he was sitting in his residential house that the accused persons without any reason entered the courtyard and started abusing and were shouting that his children had hurdled abuses to their children when the two were playing with each other and when the complainant objected, the accused persons caught hold of him and beat him in the courtyard itself, the accused person also tore the clothes of his wife .According press release issued by DDP Ganderbal that
  2. The challan of the case was filed by p/s kheerbhwani in the court of CJM and accused were charged for the commission of above offences
    Today after hearing the final arguments of prosecution and defense counsels
    The accused persons were found guilty in the above-said offences, as the prosecution was able to prove the case beyond any shadow of doubt.
  3. Accordingly the accused persons were convicted in the offence U/s 323 & 447 RPC and were awarded the imprisonment of six months for the offence U/s 323 RPC and Two months for the offence U/S 447 RPC and the fine to the tune of Rs. 2000/- each. The accused no. 1 Bashir Ahmed Bhat has also been convicted for the imprisonment of One Year for the offence U/S 354 RPC, for outraging the modesty of the wife of the complainant & a fine of Rs. 5000/- which shall be paid to the lady victim by Accused No. 1.
