SRINAGAR, DECEMBER,31 :
Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) cum Financial Commissioner of Jammu and Kashmir, Shaleen Kabra, narrowly escaped injury after the vehicle he was traveling in overturned on the National Highway near Khudwani in Kulgam this evening.
An official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that Kabra’s personal security officer (PSO) and the driver sustained minor injuries, though Kabra remained unharmed.
The accident occurred due to slippery road conditions following recent snowfall and sub-zero temperatures, they added. (KDC
