Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADDC) Kupwara, Altaf Ahmed Khan on Thursday suspended five officers for failing to attend the B2V4 training programme.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that five officers were suspended for their non seriousness and non compliance of orders in discharging their duties with regard to the assignment back to village phase IV (B2V4) programme.

The suspended officers include Dr. Qaiser Ganaie Wani of Sheep Husbandry, Mazaz Ahmad Mir of Education Department, Abdul Rashid Dar of Education Department, Reyaz Ahmad Tawheedi of Education Department and Dr. Muneer Ahmad of Higher Education Department.

In an order, a copy of which a copy lies with the KNO, it has been said that “vide this office order ADDCK/B2V) 2676-90 dated 20.10.2022, you were appointed as Visiting Officers for B2V4 in following Panchayats.”

“Despite prior intimation you failed to attend the training program scheduled for 1st phase visiting officers today on 27.10.2022. After trying to contact you telephonically your contact number was either switch off or call was not responded. It shows your non seriousness towards your legitimate duties in discharging the important assignment of B2V4 program.”
