KATHUA, MARCH 28 :

Multiple enforcement teams operating across Kathua district have intercepted and seized cash and liquor valued at Rs 29,51,630 since the enforcement of  Election Model Code of Conduct.
The vigilant enforcement teams have demonstrated infallible commitment to uphold the sanctity of  electoral process,” stated District Election Officer Kathua, who is also the Returning Officer for the 4-Udhampur PC. “We are determined to prevent any violation of the model code of conduct promptly and decisively,” he added.
As the Lok Sabha elections progress, the administration has urged the citizens to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activities or violation of the poll code to the concerned authorities.(KNS)
