Baramulla, Nov 08 :
A tractor driver died after his vehicle skidded off the road and overturned near Jamia Masjid Razikiya in Chandoosa area of Baramulla district on Sunday, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the tractor was travelling from Nowgam towards Chandoosa when the accident occurred.
He said the driver sustained injuries in the accident and was shifted to Community Health Centre (CHC) Chandoosa, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased was identified as Waseem Ahmad Khan, son of Mohammad Shareef Khan, a resident of Laridoora.
Meanwhile, cognisance of the incident has been taken.—(KNO)
