Teachers Forum Zone Singapora organised grand function in honor of its outgoing Chairman and Veteran Trade Union Leader and EJAC President Mr Mohd Rafique Rather.
Various Trade Unions, Civil society members, journalists, social and religious leaders, activists, District President JKTF Baramulla, ZEO Singpora besides a large number of teachers graced the occassion with their presence.
The speakers highlighted the rich contribution of Mr Mohd Rafique Rather and termed his role as an exemplary and unparalleled who devoted his 25 years for the service of others. They also recalled that the outgoing Chairman has proved his mettle and capabilities which would cherish memories for a long time.
The outgoing Chairman has always remained at the forefront in highlighting the issues & concerns of the employees of J&K. His diligence, commitment and exemplary devotion towards his duties and responsibilities throughout his entire career as a teacher and trade union leader are praiseworthy.
On the occasion Rafique Rather in his eloquent address stirred the head, heart and emotions of the audience as he was speaking in his home block. He declared that he will be touring his constituency soon. Rather also thanked his functionaries for organising such a function in his honor and love.
