Baramulla: In a gesture of camaraderie and goodwill, former Chief Education Officer (CEO) of Baramulla, Shri Balbir Singh Raina, today extended a heartfelt welcome to the newly appointed Chief Education Officer, Shri Altaf Hussain Tara, the Deputy Chief Education Officer, and the District Education Planning Officer.
