Govt should ensure the dual functioning of all offices at Srinagar and Jammu equally:Qayoom wani

SRINAGAR ,JUNE 30 :

Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Forum has expressed anguish over what it called the delusion of the functionality of Darbarmove offices at both places Jammu and Srinagar, which was promised by govt in April this year following the COVID-19 situation then.
In a joint statement issued here, chairman JKCSF, Abdul Qayoom Wani , ,General Secretary Farooq Ahmad Trali ,Vice President Nusrat Ahmad Beigh said that the order remained more on papers only than to have been implemented on ground.

Pertinently Govt in April this year vide order no.365-JK (GAD) of 2021 dated 25-04-2021, had scheduled that move in full shall remain functional at Jammu as well as Srinagar.
Wani said that people had pinned a hope with this new development of dual work of offices, However, the order remained unpracticed due to the reasons best known to the govt and the general public continued suffering in the delusion of duality of functioning at both places, Jammu as well as in Srinagar but the common peoples suffering did not end as many offices scheduled in the order did not start any functioning at Srinagar, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission. the live example, the statement said.
JKCSF in its statement said that due to the unfulfilled promises of the govt the problems of general public worsened. JKCSF urges upon the govt to ensure the dual functioning of all offices in letter and spirit and the lacunae be introspected.
