JAMMU, May 29:
The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday ordered the transfer and posting of two officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to Government Order No. 1019-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated May 29, 2026, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Sh. Pranjal J. Hazarika, IAS (AGMUT:2021), who was serving as Additional Secretary to the Government in the Labour and Employment Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Baramulla against an available vacancy.
The order further states that Sh. Vishavjeet Singh, JKAS, who was awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Billawar. He replaces Sh. Vinay Khosla, JKAS, who has been directed to await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
The transfers and postings have been made with immediate effect and were issued by the General Administration Department under the orders of the Lieutenant Governor.
