In a concerted effort to fortify the foundations of the Jammu and Kashmir Employees Coordination Committee (JKECC) and the Jammu Kashmir Teachers Association (JKTA) Srinagarat the grassroots level, an extensive series of back-to-back marathon meetings were held in Srinagar. These meetings, which spanned day long , were conducted under the visionary leadership of Shah Fayaz, a prominent figure dedicated to the advancement and consolidation of these key organizations.
The primary focus of the meetings was to strategize and implement measures that would ensure the sustainable growth and operational efficiency of both JKECC and JKTA. Discussions revolved around strengthening the organizational structure, improving outreach and communication channels, and enhancing the role of these bodies in addressing the needs and concerns of Employees and Teachers across Jammu and Kashmir.
