Kashmir poetry collection Myeen Arman’(My Wishes) of Abdul Gaffar Khaksar released in an impressive literary function held at Gulistan Narvaw Baramulla

Baramulla: A debut Kashmiri poetry collection titled ‘Myeen Arman’(My Wishes) of  noted poet Abdul Gaffar Chopan- Khaksar- of Gulistan  Sheeri Narvaw was  released in an impressive literary function organized by Sagar Cultural Forum Tchuker Pattan at Government Middle School Gulistan Payeen on Tuesday.

The book was released by chief guest a famous poet Bashir Magwalpori who was flanked by President of Kashmir Writers Forum Farooq Rafiabadi, senior editor Nazim Nazir of Tameel Irshad), President of Sagar Cultural Forum Bashar Zogayri, founder SCF Sahitya Academy Awardee and acclaimed poet Sagar Nazir.

Speakers on this occasion hailed the efforts of poet Abdul Gaffar-Khaksar- and his contribution in the field of Kashmiri poetry and literature despite not having much formal education.

“The book is collection of poetry which connects man with Allah and teaching of Prophets SAW,” said poet Khaksar.

Other renowned poet and writers who participated in the function Dr. Mubarak Lone, Narvaw Walla (Cultural Activist),Abdul Ahad Malik  Ilham Narvawie, Malik Farooq Namblan, Mohmmad Akbar Lone, Muneeb Ahmad Yatoo and SHO Sheeri Wasim Jahangir graced occasion.
