Srinagar, June 15th :
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday released the 15th edition of the Shri Amarnathji Yatra Guide Book 2026 at Lok Bhavan.
The Lieutenant Governor appreciated the efforts of the Tourism Federation of Jammu in promoting pilgrimage tourism and ensuring a safe, smooth and spiritually enriching Yatra for devotees.
The guidebook provides essential information on registration, accommodation, medical facilities, safety protocols, Yatra discipline and emergency contacts along both routes to the Holy Cave.
On the occasion, Tourism Federation of Jammu Chairman Rajesh Gupta said comprehensive arrangements have been made for the upcoming Yatra, including regular Aarti ceremonies and Langar facilities for pilgrims.
He also announced that a documentary showcasing upgraded facilities for Yatris will be released before the pilgrimage begins.
The guidebook has been prepared for free distribution among Shri Amarnathji Yatris to assist them during the annual pilgrimage.
