With heavy snowfall, there is complete traffic on the highway from Zangam Pattan to Sangrama, no civil, police or traffic officials can be seen to maintain the traffic due to which women, children and patients are stuck crying haplessly for help.
They are stuck in the jam since 3 hours. The said commuters/passengers are appealing authorities for immediate help
