Warm Send Off also accorded to retired ACR Baramulla

Mumtaz Ahmad  (JKAS) 2011 batch has assumed charge as new  Assistant Commissioner Baramulla taking over charge from Rafiq Ahmad Lone who attained superannuation on 31st January 2022.

The newly appointed ACR has served various government departments including Revenue,  Industries, Social Welfare and other departments where he has showed exemplary public services.

While welcoming the new ACR, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Bhupinder Kumar said that he expects complete dedication and commitment of work from the officer in the larger public importance.

The ACR said that he was honoured to take as the charge and also assured of his  complete support from his part towards the betterment of the people of Baramulla district.

Meanwhile, In connection with the superannuation of Assistant Commissioner Revenue Baramulla, Rafiq Ahmad Lone, a grand function was held  which was presided by Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Bhupinder Kumar to bid adieu to the officer who attained superannuation on 31st January 2022 at a function organised at Dak Bungalow Baramulla after discharging duties for over more than three decades in the department.

While acknowledging the outstanding contribution of the officer, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla conveyed his best wishes to the retiring officer and prayed for his good health and success post retirement.

DC appreciated the role, efforts and the standards which the officer had set over years in various capacities. He endorsed that outgoing officer had ensured the highest standard in every job assigned to him over the period of time.

The retired officer thanked his colleagues in general and Deputy Commissioner Baramulla in particular for their support and cooperation during his tenure in the department.
