Demand reinstatement of suspended colleagues

Srinagar, Mar 25 :

The employees of the Kashmir Power Development Corporation Limited (KPDCL) staged a silent protest in Srinagar on Monday, demanding the reinstatement of their suspended colleagues.

The silent protest resonated with a call for justice and fair treatment within the department.

Speaking to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the employees said, “We stand here for our suspended colleagues and fairness and due process.”

An employee emphasized the importance of unity among PDD personnel, stating, “our strength lies in our unity. By standing together, we demonstrate our commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of every member of our department.”

KPDCL on Saturday suspended 15 more employees and initiated disciplinary proceedings against them—(KNO)
