Baramulla, July,22:
PDP District President Baramulla, Mohammad Rafeeq Rather, has strongly denied reports claiming that he is leaving the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), describing the news as “fake and bogus.”
Rather said that he continues to be a committed member of the PDP and will remain with the party.
He further stated that the joining of Shoib Lone into the PDP will strengthen the party’s organisational base in Baramulla district and provide a boost to its activities in the region.
Rather urged people not to pay attention to rumours and misinformation regarding his political affiliation.
