Srinagar, 05 February:

Security forces on Wednesday recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition from forests of Anganpathri area of Uri In North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Officials told SNS Kashmir,that a joint team of Police and army during searches recovered arms and ammunition from a hollow tree covered in blanket in forests of Anganpathri.

The arms and ammunition recovered are three AK-47 rifles, eleven AK Magazines, 292 rounds of AK, one UBGL, 9 UBGL grenades and two hand grenades.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation are underway.
