The Government of India has promoted 13 IAS officers of the AGMUT Cadre to the Super Time Scale (Level-14 in the Pay Matrix) with effect from January 1, 2025, or the date of their assuming charge, whichever is later.

This decision follows the recommendations of the Screening Committee in its meeting held on December 19, 2024.

The list of promoted officers is Krishna Mohan Uppu, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), A Muthamma, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Ramesh Verma, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Sarmad Hafeez, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Sandip Jacques, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Swapnil M Naik, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Mimum Tayeng, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), K Mahesh, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Sarpreet Singh Gill, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Lalzirmawia Chhangte, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Chou Nakacham Longhai, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Opak Gao, IAS (AGMUT: 2009), Lalrozama, IAS (AGMUT: 2009).

Furthermore, two IAS officers of the AGMUT Cadre currently serving on Central Deputation, Sushma Chauhan and Tanvi Garg, have been granted “Proforma Promotion” to the Super Time Scale. Their actual promotion will be effective from the date their immediate junior in the cadre assumes charge.

The order states that officers who have not completed the mandatory MCTP Phase IV training will be promoted subject to their successful completion of the training at the next available opportunity.

This order was issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
