“How employees should behave is already laid down in CSR and there are rules of disciplinary action against violators, however these now and then new orders deprive the employees of their rights of expressing views in policy decisions or anything against employee interests. Which is quite unjust and undemocratic” Wani said

Terming the employees as the backbone of any government establishment, Wani suggested the govt to refrain from issuing intimidating orders and stressed that persisting with the trend of issuing such threatening orders will only encourage hostility and will also affect the work culture in Jammu and Kashmir.
