Baramulla:In a shocking incident, a group of women pickpockets targeted Zona Begum wife of Abdul Rehman Rather in Khaitangan, Takiya Wagooran at Sheeri.
The incident occurred when Zona Begum boarded a bus at Sheeri market and later disembarked at STC Sheeri.The pickpockets managed to cut inner pocket of the waistcoat and made away with a sum of Rs 9,000.
The victim, Zona Begum, was left distraught and immediately reported the incident.She appealed to law enforcement agencies to investigate and identify the suspects involved in this pickpocketing incident.
