Kupwara, July 11 :

The body of a 13-year-old girl who drowned on Saturday last week was retrieved today after strenuous efforts for the last four days.

Additional deputy commissioner Handwara, Nazir Ahmad told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the body was retrieved from the river Pohru by a joint rescue team.

He said that search and rescue operation was going on for the last 4 days to trace the body of the teenage girl.

He said that after strenuous efforts the body has been recovered from the river—(KNO)
