Baramulla, 30th July 2023 – The “Save Youth Save Future” organization, in collaboration with the Big Bash Gutiyar Youth Forum, successfully organized the grand final ceremony of the 1st Edition of Big Bash League 2023 in Gutiyar Baramulla.
The event garnered the enthusiastic participation of esteemed dignitaries from the district and a large crowd of spectators.The efficient organization of the event was made possible by the dedicated efforts of Chief Organiser Mohammad Shafi Lone, Javid Ahmed Raja, Mir Mudasir, Altaf Hussain, Manya Sarwar, Mudasir Lone, Irfan Ahmed Mir, Lone Sajad, and other committed volunteers.
Among the notable figures attending the ceremony were DSP Headquarters Baramulla Shri Altaf Khan, Renowned Social and Political Activist of Baramulla Ghulam Hassan Rahi, Chairman of the “Save Youth Save Future” Foundation, Mr. Wajahat Farooq Bhat, Municipal Chairman of Baramulla, Mr. Omar Kakroo, President Baramulla Cricket Forum Abdul Khaliq, General Secretary Zubair Ahmed Dar, and Sarpanch Gutiyar, Mohammad Rajab Lone, President Jamia Masjid Gutiyar Haji Ghulam Nabi Mir along with other dignitaries from the district and Renowned Commentator of Baramulla Kifayat Ahmed.
The “Big Bash Gutiyar” tournament, 1st Edition 2023, witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 32 teams from various parts of Baramulla. The tournament’s primary objective was to promote and nurture young talent in the region.The ceremony concluded with all the dignitaries presenting awards to the winners and runners-up of the tournament.The Save Youth Save Future Foundation reiterated its commitment to support and provide a platform for Kashmiri youth to showcase their exceptional talents and abilities.
